In 2007 we were honored to receive the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) Agency of the Year award from the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia. In 2007, 2008 and 2009 our agency was proud to be one of only 6 agents in the state of Virginia who received the prestigious national award of Best Practices Agency from the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.

About the Agency

Established in 1947 by Wilford H. Ball Jr. and Lewis Martin, the Ball-Martin Insurance Agency, Inc., was founded on a philosophy of offering personal, professional service. Still a family owned business, we have grown into a full-service agency with an excellent staff of insurance specialists serving over 3000 individuals and families, and approximately 750 businesses in Central Virginia and surrounding areas. We utilize a state-of-the-art computer system that allows us to compare rates of competing insurance companies so that we can offer you the best possible rates for comparable coverage.

Our primary objectives are to be honest and fair in all our dealings, to be interested in people and their problems, and to treat the client's needs as if they were our own.
